Updated: protobuf-2.5.0-1 (x86)

I've updated protobuf-2.5.0-1 on x86 only so far,
with libprotobuf-devel and the new libprotobuf8, required by mosh.

This is now the same version as on cygwinports.

It is a feature release, adding support for "import public" and a new
enum option "allow_alias"
