Log message:
	* desktop.cc: don't set PATH in cygwin.bat, create /etc/passwd
	* geturl.cc: change math for percentage to avoid overflow
	* install.cc: ditto
	* download.cc: post "download complete" message.
	* root.cc: pre-fill in defaults if needed, don't start
	browse at root_dir unless it's set.
