	* desktop.cc: Include "ini.h" and "version.h".
	(make_passwd_group): Skip the function on 9x/ME boxes when an
	older version of Cygwin has been installed which doesn't
	support mkpasswd/mkgroup on 9x/ME.
	* install.cc: Move the `LOOP_PACKAGES' and `pi' macros to...
	* ini.h: ...here.
