New modes for cygpath that terminate path with null byte, nothing

You could trivially accomplish these tasks with the use of 'tr':

cygpath -aw foo | tr -d '\n' > /dev/clipboard
cygpath -aw foo | tr '\n' '\0' >/dev/clipboard
