Download Cygwin once and intall it several times

No, I meant 'setup.log' and 'setup.log.full'.  I'm actually not 100% sure
where they get created.  They are in one (or more?) of these locations:

   1. the directory you have 'setup.exe' in
   2. the current directory you were in when you ran 'setup.exe'
   3. 'c:\cygwin\var\log'

Whatever ones you find, make sure they are from the install on the machine
which you're having trouble with and not the other machine on which things
run fine.
