1.5.25-15: expect uses tcl8.3, tcl8.4 is installed

Made my first cygwin installation this evening including the expect
package. However, expect fails because it expects tcl8.3 while tcl8.4 is
installed.

Tcl_Init failed: Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following

    /usr/share/tcl8.3 /usr/share/tcl8.3 /share/tcl8.3

/usr/share/tcl8.3

This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.

Have I done something wrong? Any other suggestion?
