Information on CwRsync 3.0.7

I'm with General Electric and I'm looking for the ECCN number Export Controls for this software. Does this software use any type of encryption algorithms? If so, what type of encryption and is it 56-Bit or greater? "If greater than 56 bit, what is the purpose of the encryption?"
